DONJOY Food Grade Centrifugal Pumps are a relatively low price and the most common pump used to transfer low viscosity fluids at a high flow rate. Purity hygienic stainless steel design, complied with ASME BPE and EHEDG standards, US 3-A, FDA standard. It is widely used in food processing dairies, beverages, pharmaceutical industries… It is suitable for sanitary applications flows up to 140,000 l/hr, lift head maximum 70 meters. Transfer products viscosity less than 300 cPS.
Sanitary Centrifugal Pump Description
Donjoy DJ-KLX series centrifugal pump is upgraded from KS centrifugal pump optimized the internal structure: impeller design, dead angle treatment, mechanical seal balance design, the mechanical seal could be completely flushed. And optimized the external hygienic design: reduce the dead angle, easily cleaned by CIP and sterilized by SIP. In addition, the DJ-KLX series pump keeps maximum flexibility of combined applications, for example, the pump outlet angle could be adjusted from 0 to 135 degrees.
