Sanitary Mini Diaphragm Valve
Donjoy Sanitary Mini Diaphragm Valve (or membrane valves) consists of the mini valve body with two or more ports, small size from 1/4” DN6 to 3/4” DN15, with an elastomeric diaphragm, and a “weir or saddle” or seat upon which the diaphragm closes the valve. It provides a body seal and a seat seal. There is no path contact to the outer environment, specifically use for aseptic processes biopharmaceutical industries. The valve body constructed from Stainless steel 316L, all parts that contact with the medium are mirror polished, with the manual or pneumatic operation. Connection End available in tri-clover/clamp, butt weld, thread, flange.
