Sanitary Lobe Pump with Reducer & Motor
1) Variable–frequency motor , speed could be adjusted by frequency converter(VFD), the adjustable range is big 10-90hz. Must need an additional frequency converter, otherwise, the speed couldn’t be adjusted.
2) Fixed speed reducer and motor, it also can be adjusted by frequency converter(VFD), the default output speed is around 300rpm, but the adjustable range is small, 30-60hz.

- Butterfly Rotor: Suitable for transporting material, with low particle breakage rate and small pulse.(Recommend)
- 3-Leaves Rotor: Suitable for transporting all kinds of material, with particle breakage rate and smaller pulse than butterfly rotor
- Spiral Self-priming Rotor: With strong self-priming capability could transport particles, gas-liquid, mixture, oil, dairy products, etc.
- Single Butterfly Rotor: Suitable for transporting material with large particles, with low particle breakage rate for large particles, large pulse, low pressure and small volume.
- 2-Leaves Rotor: Suitable for transporting all kinds of material, with particle breakage rate, large pulse, low pressure and small volume.
- 5-Leaves Rotor: Suitable for transporting all kinds of material, with high particle breakage rate, very small pulse and smaller flow.
