Zero Static Point of Use (POU) Hygienic Diaphragm Valve
Donjoy Sanitary diaphragm Valve (or membrane valves) consists of U-type valve body with two ports, an elastomeric diaphragm, and a “weir or saddle” or seat upon which the diaphragm closes the valve. It provides a body seal and a seat seal. There is no path contact to the outer environment, specifically use for aseptic processes biopharmaceutical industries. The valve body constructed from Stainless steel 316L, all parts that contact with the medium are mirror polished, with the manual or pneumatic operation, automated with a valve positioner. Connection End available in tri-clover/clamp, butt weld, thread, flange.

Point of Use Sanitary Diaphragm Valve
Donjoy diaphragm valve is designed to meet high requirements of the United States 3-A-54-02 standard, ASME BPE standard, Seal EPDM, Teflon PTFE FDA standard. Valve body structure available in straight-through, two-way, three-way, U-type, T-type, tank bottom valve, multi-channel diaphragm valve. It features no dead angle non-retention, cost-effective, easily maintained, no need additional tools.
