Hygienic Leakage Butterfly Valve
Hygienic Leakage Butterfly Valve provides an easy and safe way of separating materials in order to prevent accidental mixing of materials even when the seal is damaged. It is most commonly used to isolate materials that need to be safely separated and for single unit CIP cleaning (not the valve manifold) or at the end of the valve manifold unit(e.g. CIP return) or for CIP solution input into the tank (via a cleaning ball). Usually used in food & beverage processing, dairy, pharmaceutical, daily chemical applications.

● FDA-certified seal materials imported from Europe: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EPDM, PTFE, Silicone, Viton (FPM).
● Interchangeable of the manual handle, pneumatic actuator and electric actuator.
● Suitable for low and medium viscosity fluids.
● Sanitary surface finish, available with BPE standard Ra < 0.4µm (SF1 and SF4).
